Registration

Below is a list of everything included in the basic package. When planning the event, a dialogue is conducted with the project group to jointly determine what works best for your specific needs.

• Exhibit area: 3x2 meters, height: 2.2 meters
• Transportation to accommodation or campus upon arrival
• Transportation to and from accommodation on the day of the fair
• Two (2) lunch tickets for representatives
• Access to exhibitor lounges with free access to a light breakfast, snacks, coffee, water, and other necessities to get through a fair day
• Two (2) tickets to the LARV banquet with included drinks
• Wireless internet connection upon request and three (3) power outlets
• Free parking adjacent to the fair
• Personal host before, during, and after LARV who can answer any questions you may have
• Exposure on LARV’s website through our digital catalog
• Additional services such as reception, cloakroom, and easy contact with LARV’s project group
