Individual Meetings

Individual Meetings is a service offered to all organizations exhibiting at LARV. This service gives you the opportunity to have personal conversations with students in a calm and private setting during one day. An Individual Meeting is similar to a regular job interview, but you determine the structure and topics for each meeting. This is a fantastic opportunity to meet students from Luleå University of Technology who have shown interest in your organization, allowing you to create a deeper connection with future talents!

How does it work?

The process begins with us collecting information from exhibitors about the skills, education, and types of individuals they are looking for. We then collect similar information from students, including their CVs and personal letters. After that, we make a selection and match exhibitors with the most relevant students based on the collected information. Exhibitors can then choose which students they would like to proceed with and meet in person on the day of the fair. Each meeting lasts approximately 20–30 minutes, and 10 interview bookings are included per exhibitor. In addition to the matching of students, a private room for the interviews and related services are also included. If more interview bookings are needed, an additional room can be booked. This should be indicated when expressing interest in the service.

Individual Meetings remotely!

Upon request, we offer the technology required to hold Individual Meetings remotely. This is perfect if a recruiter cannot be present on-site. Upon request, we provide equipment such as a camera, screen, sound, and microphone, as well as support for calls via most services like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Skype, etc. Booking of the equipment is free of charge and is done when expressing interest in the service.

What’s included?

The cost for Individual Meetings is 4000 SEK per room. This cost is in addition to the basic package. A booking of the service includes:

• Matching of relevant students based on your requirements.
• A private room where meetings can be held privately and undisturbed. The room is booked for the entire day of the fair. Technology for remote calls is provided upon request.
• 10 interview bookings.
• Assistance with booking the service from start to finish.
• Personal service on-site before, during, and after the meetings.
