The project group

The Project Group (PG)

As part of the project group, you will work directly under the project manager and take full responsibility for a specific area within LARV, managing both the planning and execution of that area. You will become part of a close-knit group, where effective teamwork and communication are essential to move the project forward. There are 12 different positions available, catering to various interests. Perhaps you'd like to be in charge of LARV's marketing as the PR manager, or you might want to work on planning and preparing the actual fair as the exhibition construction manager or logistics manager. If you're looking to expand your network, the role of company relations manager is perfect for you. More information on specific positions and their responsibilities can be found below.

You won't be working alone. In addition to your role within the project group, most positions also involve leading a team of coordinators and hosts. The size of these teams ranges from as small as one person to around fifty people. This is an excellent opportunity to test and develop your leadership skills.

Being part of the PG offers the greatest personal development opportunities that LARV has to offer, and you can truly grow as an individual. PG members also have the chance to travel outside of Luleå to meet and exchange experiences with representatives from other fairs.

All positions within the PG are expected to contribute equal time throughout the project, though the workload can vary significantly between roles. Some work steadily throughout the year, while others have more intense workloads around the LARV week itself.
